Core Tip |
This is a retrospective study to investigate the survival of peritoneum positive for carcinoma cells, but no peritoneal metastasis gastric cancer patients post-radical gastrectomy and to identify factors associated with long-term prognosis. Our study included 48 patients with primary peritoneum positive for carcinoma cells, but no peritoneal metastasis gastric cancer who had radical gastrectomies. This study demonstrated that more effective treatment should be established for patients who are diagnosed with pN3b disease and vascular invasion. |
