This manuscript contents some recommendations about oncological medical treatment of breast cancer in coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic that were selected from three international clinical practice guidelines, which were reviewed and adapted to local context by a panel of experts from Peru invited by Peruvian Society of Medical Oncology, using levels of prioritization. Consensus was made, including a vote, in order to provide best decisions of management, avoid duplication of efforts and optimize medical resources, considering health care system reality. These recommendations are not intended to replace clinical judgment. |
