| Core Tip |
The haplotype analysis suggested that the haplotypes CTT and GCC of TEP1, TEP1, and RECQL5 would increase the risk of a drop in heart rate > 30%. The TEP1, TEP1, and RECQL5 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were associated with changes in heart rate > 30% during intraperitoneal lavage using distilled water after gastrectomy for gastric cancer. The TEP1 (rs938886), TEP1 (rs1713449), and RECQL5 (rs820196) SNPs were associated with changes in heart rate ≥ 30% during intraperitoneal lavage using distilled water after gastrectomy for gastric cancer. |
