Systemic lupus erythematosus and associated vasculitis overlap syndrome was first described in 1997, and only dozens of cases have been reported to date worldwide. We report an elderly male patient who was not diagnosed with this disease in a timely manner due to hidden features. After treatment with plasmapheresis, glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide, the patient’s condition improved, even at his advanced age. |
