Core Tip |
Cockayne syndrome (CS) is a rare inherited disease, and symptoms like spasticity in CS are not common. No earlier study addressed the effect of botulinum toxin injection in managing gait problems and spasticity in patients with CS in the literature. In this article, we reported a patient at the age of 6 years and 9 mo with CS who responded well to botulinum toxin type A administration. |
