| Core Tip |
Although intracranial epencephalon arachnoid cysts (IEACs) are relatively rare, they may become symptomatic due to cyst enlargement. In these cases, surgical intervention is required. In the present work, we reported a case of intraparenchymal hemorrhage as a rare complication after the surgical decompression of an IEAC. Our findings highlighted that the patient’s condition should be carefully reviewed after the operation in case of fatal complications. |
