We report a case of infantile hepatitis B that was successfully treated with lamivudine. In addition, we reviewed the clinical characteristics and laboratory tests and compared them with previously reported cases. Lamivudine is safe and effective in the treatment of infantile hepatitis B, and this case report may contribute to the development of relevant clinical guidelines. |
