Core Tip |
We present a case of Solitary bone plasmacytoma (SBP) on the C2 on a after 3 years’ follow-up. The patient underwent anterior one-stage debridement combined with cement augmentation. We hope that the results of this case will provide a choice of surgical approach and prove that radical surgery without radiotherapy is a rational choice for treating SBP with spinal instability. |
