| Core Tip |
Urine leakage is one of the complications of heminephrectomy. Urine leakage has led to a serious decline in the patient’s quality of life. For patients who fail conservative treatment, they may also face the risk of reoperation. We successfully treated a patient with urine leakage after heminephrectomy through selective renal artery embolization. After 3 years of follow-up observation, the patient's renal function was normal and no urinary fistula recurred. |
