We report one of the largest sized (21 cm × 17 cm × 12 cm; 2100 g), nonmetastasizing, androgen-producing but clinically paucisymptomatic adrenocortical carcinoma masses, which led to the admission of a patient for cardiac complications (atrial flutter and severe heart failure) due to androgen excess in a 66-year-old Caucasian woman. Androgen excess in women can be a rare cause of reversible dilated cardiomyopathy. |
