This short survey explains how easily evidence base is missed out from real life practice. There has never been any evidence to relate shellfish/iodine to contrast media, yet the myth been propagated for decades. Our survey gives a reminder and eye opener to change the practice to evidence base and thus helps in the patient care avoiding unnecessary medications. |
