| Core Tip |
This was a retrospective study to evaluate the efficacy of roxadustat in the treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients with renal anaemia. A before-and-after self-control design was performed on 31 patients treated with recombinant human erythropoietin (EPO) followed by roxadustat. The haemoglobin compliance rate was 16.1% during the EPO phase and 67.7% during the roxadustat phase. Roxadustat can effectively and safely improve the compliance rate in peritoneal dialysis patients with renal anaemia. |
