Core Tip |
Adult pancreatoblastomas are extremely rare tumours of the pancreas. They are composed of neoplastic cells with multiple lines of differentiation and characteristic squamoid nests. They mimic other neoplasms of the pancreas, which may give rise to diagnostic difficulties. This article provides an up-to-date review of the clinical and pathologic features of pancreatoblastoma in adults, including differential diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. |
