This is a retrospective cross-sectional study to analyze risk factors of Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) progression in hepatitis B virus-related cirrhosis patients receiving nucleoside (acid) analogs therapy for at least 6 mo. We discussed the diagnostic value of the serum alpha-fetoprotein level was evaluated in those patients. The results of the present study increase our understanding of HCC pathogenesis and help to provide HCC prevention and control strategies. |
