Core Tip |
Proteomics is a complete evaluation of proteins with their function and structure, to understand organisms' nature. Mass spectrometry is an essential tool that used in profiling proteins in the cell. However, proteomics' major challenge remains the biomarker discovery because of their complexity and dynamicity. This review highlights many types of proteomics and the available proteomic techniques and their applications in different research fields. |
