Core Tip |
Similar to the observation made in human immunodeficiency virus-negative patients, virologic response 12 wk off-therapy achieved with direct-acting antivirals (DAAs) was high in human immunodeficiency virus-positive patients coinfected with hepatitis C virus genotype 6. Estimated glomerular filtration rate declined with DAA initiation in patients receiving sofosbuvir and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or tenofovir alafenamide, which recovered after the completion of DAA treatment. |
