Through retrospective studies, it was confirmed that the type of pancreaticojejunostomy during pancreaticoduodenectomy operation had no significant effect on the occurrence of postoperative pancreatic leakage. The main risk factors for its occurrence include preoperative albumin, preoperative jaundice time and pancreatic duct diameter. |
