Core Tip |
We described a patient with a family history of Brugada syndrome, electrocardiograms (ECGs) of the patient and his brother showed the typical type 1 and type 2 Brugada ECG pattern, and various ECG changes of the patient in the same lead during treatment and follow-up. This case illustrates the importance of recognizing the Brugada ECG pattern and differential diagnosis for young adults associated with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, prompt recognition can be lifesaving. |
