Core Tip |
The clinical manifestations of congenital factor VII deficiency (FVIID) vary greatly and range from a mild asymptomatic case to fatal bleeding. During pregnancy, predicting the risk of bleeding during and after childbirth of pregnant women with congenital FVIID is difficult, causing serious challenges to obstetricians and gynecologists. We hereby report a case of a pregnant woman with congenital FVIID and discuss the perinatal period and delivery management of this disease. |
