FOXOs perform diverse roles in the occurrence and development of gastric cancers, the fifth most diagnosed type of cancer and third leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide. This article reviews the cellular functions of FOXOs in gastric cancer, leading to potential therapeutic targets and treatment strategies and provides potential therapeutic targets for patients with gastric cancer. |
