Core Tip	Abnormal systemic artery to the left lower lobe (ASALLL) is a rare congenital vascular malformation, experience with whose diagnosis and treatment remains limited. Here we presented the clinical presentation, contrast-enhanced computed tomography, surgical procedure and follow-up result of an ASALLL case. We discussed the difference between ASALLL and pulmonary sequestration, and different treatment strategies. This case report adds to the clinical experience with regard the diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease.
