This is a retrospective study, consisting of digital templating a short stem and conventional stem in the same X-ray of the hip to see if there is a difference in restoring the femoroacetabular offset. We found that in a larger femoroacetabular offset (> 80 mm) the short stem could provide better restoration when compared to a conventional stem. |
