Cholecystectomy is currently the standard of care for gallbladder polyps. However, resection techniques not only cause great injury and carry high risk but may also lead to various postoperative complications. We present a successful case of radical resection after laparoscopic-assisted transumbilical gastroscopy for gallbladder-preserving polypectomy without severe postoperative complications. |
