This study described the current situation of multi drug resistant bacteria infection in intensive care unit (ICU) patients, and analyzed the main pathogens of nosocomial infection in ICU and the risk factors of multi drug resistant bacteria infection. The results showed that mechanical ventilation and intubation were the risk factors of multidrug resistant bacterial infection. To provide effective scientific basis for improving the clinical efficacy of antibiotics and scientific strategies for the prevention and treatment of multidrug-resistant bacteria. |
