This paper presents a rare case of primary intracranial synovial sarcoma (SS) with hemorrhage. Through imaging examination, the patient was considered to have high-grade glioma complicated with hemorrhage and was treated with craniotomy. Postoperative pathology revealed SS. Postoperative radiotherapy was given, during which radiation necrosis occurred. By reviewing the diagnostic and therapeutic history and analyzing the clinical and radiological manifestations, a better understanding of the characteristics of primary intracranial SS can be achieved, helping to improve diagnosis and treatment. |
