| Core Tip |
Pancreatic malignant tumors are a highly heterogeneous disease and the seventh leading cause of cancer-related death. Lipid metabolomics analysis suggests differences in lipid metabolites in pancreatic cancer, and the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer might be linked to lipid metabolism. A cohort from TCGA was used to construct a novel predictive model of a 4-lipid metabolism-related gene signature, which can be used to predict the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. |
