Core Tip |
Chordoma is a rare disease, especially in the petrous mastoid region. Its imaging findings have rarely been reported, and an understanding of its magnetic resonance imaging findings is lacking. However, in the differential diagnosis of petrous mastoid tumors, chordoma should be considered, especially when lobulated masses are found. |
