Core Tip This study demonstrates that MKK7 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 7) regulates the proliferation and apoptosis of human spermatogonial stem cells by mediating the phosphorylation of JNKs in vitro. In addition, we found that MKK7 was significantly down-regulated in patients with reproductive disorders, suggesting that MKK7 may be associated with human spermatogenesis.
