Core Tip |
Breast cancer as the most prevalent neoplasm among female individuals, is also the main source of cutaneous metastasis other than melanoma. Breast cancer skin metastasis presents at the terminal stage of advanced cancer, and local treatment can be used to control locally metastatic lesions. As for cases involving a huge breast mass with ulceration or local lesion, radiation therapy is a useful tool for symptomatic control. Advanced breast cancer with skin metastasis can be repeatedly punctured to obtain pathology to directly inform diagnosis when the disease progresses. |
