Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is a rare thyroid malignancy, it is extremely aggressive and has a very low survival rate. Immunotherapy combined with targeted therapy results in prolonged survival and good quality of life. We summarize the relevant clinical data and review the literature. This report aims to provide clinical experience in the treatment of an ATC patient by immunotherapy combined with targeted therapy. |
