Spermatocytic tumor is a rare malignant testicular tumor. At present, there are few reported cases in the world. The understanding of clinicians and pathologists about this disease is not comprehensive enough. Here we report a case of spermatocytic tumor, emphasizing the morphological features of spermatocytic tumor and the key points of differentiation from classic seminoma and lymphoma, so as to avoid misdiagnosis. |
