Core Tip |
The present study explored the effectiveness of coronary injection with nitroprusside, a commonly used vasodilator, as a pharmacological intervention strategy administered before balloon inflation for the prevention of no reflow or slow flow during percutaneous coronary intervention. The results showed that preventive use of sodium nitroprusside proved beneficial. It resulted in improved coronary blood flow and outcome of percutaneous coronary intervention. |
