The correlation analysis of this study suggested that the Gensini score of Kazakh patients in the coronary heart disease (CHD) group was positively correlated with the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, betatrophin and lipoprotein lipase. Logistic regression analysis showed that TG and betatrophin are risk factors for CHD in Kazakh individuals, while betatrophin and body mass index are risk factors for Han individuals. Unlike previous studies, the lipoprotein lipase levels in the two CHD groups did not decrease but increased. |
