Crohn’s disease (CD) can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract, especially the terminal ileum and the ascending colon, and is collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease with ulcerative colitis. The incidence rate of CD is gradually increasing worldwide. This letter mainly introduces that acupuncture has a unique curative effect on CD and can provide a new research direction for the treatment of CD. |
