| Core Tip |
Corticosteroid administration may cause cardiac arrhythmias including severe bradycardia. The accompanying T-wave abnormalities may provide clues regarding the pathophysiology of corticosteroid-induced bradycardia. This case report highlights the need for clinical vigilance during high-dose corticosteroid administration, particularly in potentially vulnerable patients harboring genetic variants. |
