In this case report, we propose the use of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation for the treatment of advanced mycosis fungoides eyelid involvement. Compared with traditional surgical methods, it has less trauma, faster recovery and fewer side effects. As a palliative treatment method, it can greatly alleviate the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life. |
