This article describes a rare case of liver mesenchymal neoplasm preoperatively misdiagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma. The postoperative pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of solitary fibrous tumor. A metastatic lesion was primarily considered due to the history of intracranial hemangiopericytoma. Its radiological features, diagnosis, and treatment strategies are also discussed. |
