Ewing’s sarcoma (EOES) originating in the ileum with wide multiorgan metastases is rare and easily misdiagnosed. When a small intestine mass accompanied by calcification and wide multiorgan metastases is seen on computed tomography, a suspicion of EOES should not be overlooked. Together with previous reports, this case expands knowledge regarding the spectrum of tumors in the small intestine. |
