Core Tip |
In this study, multiscale and multiphase computed tomography (CT)-based radiomics models were constructed and evaluated to discriminate squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (CEGJ) before operation. The results demonstrated that the combination of multiphase 3D CT radiomics features could improve the differentiation performance than 2D CT radiomics or single-phase-based radiomics. Therefore, radiomics method could help open up a new field for noninvasive diagnosis and personalized management of CEGJ. |
