Core Tip |
The effect of sulfonylurea (SU) therapy on free fatty acid (FFA) concentration in diabetic patients has not been determined. This is the first systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the impact of SU on FFA. The present study indicated that SU therapy could increase FFA concentration in diabetic patients. Further research is required to confirm the association between FFA concentration and SU treatment. |
