Core Tip |
Solitary splenic tuberculosis (TB) is unusual and rarely reported in the literature internationally. Whether splenic TB is best treated surgically is still controversial. We report a rare case of solitary splenic TB. The patient took quadruple anti-TB medication. This case provides a basis for diagnosis and treatment of splenic TB. |
