Digestive system tumors consist of a large proportion of multiple primary cancers. In this study, we present the case of a patient with gastric cancer and concomitant chronic myeloid leukemia. To better diagnose and treat such patients, we reviewed the literature available on leukemia complicated by gastric cancer-related multiple primary cancers and analyzed its disease mechanisms, clinical symptoms, and treatment alternatives. This study will be a useful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with such conditions. |
