Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is gaining an important role in bariatric surgery because it may have similar results to gastric by-pass and duodenal switch, without problems of malabsorption and digestive anastomosis. However, weight regain after a long-term follow-up is reported. In this paper we show that re-sleeve gastrectomy is a valid and effective intervention to correct weight regain after sleeve. |
