Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a malignant tumor with a poor prognosis. T-cell immunoglobulin mucin molecule-3 (Tim-3), transforming growth factor β (TGF-β), and chemokine 12 (CXCL12) can affect the prognosis of solid tumors by participating in the tumor immune escape. Therefore, we analyzed the effects of Tim-3, TGF-β, and CXCL12 expression on DLBCL prognosis. The results suggest that Tim-3 positive, TGF-β positive, and CXCL12 positive are independent risk factors; therefore, they can be used to evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of DLBCL patients. |
