Core Tip |
Neuroendocrine tumors are rare in clinic, and the diagnosis mainly depends on the characteristics of tumor cells and immunohistochemistry. Radical orchiectomy is the main treatment. If it is accompanied by distant lymph node metastasis and the metastatic lesion can be resected, it should be resected. If it cannot be resected, it can be treated with somatostatin analogue octreotide or lanretin chemotherapy. Good results can be obtained. Close follow-up can be done to prevent recurrence and metastasis. |
