TRIM55 expression was elevated in gastric cancer (GC) cancer tissues. Depletion of TRIM55 in GC cells suppressed proliferation, migration and invasion of cells. Knockdown of TRIM55 affected the expression of cell epithelial-mesenchymal transition-related proteins. TRIM55 may serve as an oncogene in GC. |
