C-reactive protein; Prolonged ICU LoS; Predictor; Gastrointestinal cancer; Intensive care unit |
Core Tip |
Among the gastric cancer patients, C-reactive protein (CRP) levels at intensive care unit (ICU) admission were non-linearly associated with prolonged ICU length of stay (LoS) in survivors. An admission CRP level > 2.6 (log transformed mg/L) was associated with increased risk for prolonged ICU LoS. |
