| Core Tip |
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is among the most lethal malignancies because of its high invasiveness and metastatic potential. The purpose of this letter is to highlight that a quantitative parameter based on enhanced computed tomography, namely the tumor relative enhancement ratio, can reveal the correlation between high malignant potential because of hypervascularity and poor prognosis in PDAC. |
