Core Tip |
Acute and chronic liver diseases are worldwide problems with multifactorial pathogenesis. The exact pathological mechanism of several liver disorders is still unclear. However, many suggested mechanisms are involved, including but not limited to oxidative stress, inflammation, autophagy, and microRNA. The underlying perspective mechanisms are helpful in the discovery of new and effective therapeutic interventions for this annoying problem. |
