Core Tip |
We present a case of systemic lupus erythematosus with multicentric reticulohistiocytosis that was reported for the second time. Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis / systemic lupus erythematosus overlap syndrome is an uncommon disease that is hard to diagnose and treat. This case illustrates how to diagnose and treat the comorbidities and the connection that exists between them. For treatment, cyclophosphamide may be an alternative choice for multicentric reticulohistiocytosis. |
